For the first time ever, I am going to provide 20 "non-clients" with annual strategizing, brainstorming, and tactical implementation  session to help them identify and take full advantage of their greatest profit opportunities for the year.  You will get a full 4-8 hours  of my personal, one-on-one coaching and flush out 5-10 profit generating initiatives for the next 12 months.
 
Due to scheduling, I can only commit to 20 of these, so they must be on a first come basis.

 HERE'S THE DEAL
 
20 companies will get the opportunity for me to evaluate and critique every aspect of their business for a grueling 4-8 hours  (and for 5 companies, a personal on-site visit with your team). Prior to the call, you will complete a confidential 10-page  questionnaire, so I am armed with a ton of information before our call.
 
I will generate a list of the top opportunities for the next 12 months and provide critical analysis and direction for ensuring you produce measurable  results.  Then, we will reconvene for 1 hour a week later to hierarchy (prioritize) these opportunities based on your goals, capabilities, time constraints, personnel constraints, capital constraints and your strategic vision.
 
The fees vary depending on my time and whether I go to your company for a personal visit.
 
 THE ROI
 
As you may know I do not teach how to achieve success from a procedure or campaign and then move on. WHY?  Because effective  implementation requires "cementing in change". It requires that you implement a system that can constantly be improved, measured,  adjusted, and easily taught. Therefore, when you implement something that generates an added profit of say a measly $1,000 a month, my systems will produce $120,000 in profit for your company?not paper profit but instead "in your pocket profit". Imagine  implementing 12 of these in the next 12 months!   You do the math, but that equates to $1.4M over a 10-year period, if my calculations are correct.
 
Quite honestly, the difference between making a nice living from your business and creating wealth from your business is in the details.  All this extra profit is waiting to be harvested in the details?better headlines, better conversion rates, 5% more per sale, an adjustment  in your sales script, a change in pricing strategy, better follow-up, subtle change in referral process, a critical understanding about your  customers, one change to a procedure, and so on.
